a soft-furniture manufacturer sold sofas through dealers and showrooms, losing 30–40% margin to middleman markups. they had no online store; orders trickled in via whatsapp from random avito links. customers struggled to pick a model without visiting in person, while sizes, fabrics, and lead times were re-explained by hand every time. they needed a storefront where the customer chooses a sofa to fit their room and sees an honest price straight from the maker.
the solution
we built a storefront with a configurator: pick the model, size, upholstery, and filling, and see the price, lead time, and final 3d preview live. each card has real lifestyle photos, measurements in cm, and an assembly video. one-screen checkout with online or assisted payment. crm hooked in so configured orders go straight to production, and customers track «accepted → in build → delivery» from their account.



results
in a quarter, direct sales went from 0 to 28% of revenue, average order value beat the dealer channel by 18% thanks to bundle sales, and the time from request to confirmation dropped from two days to forty minutes.
