the problem
the client is an independent party organizer in moscow. instagram brings in the audience, but turning followers into guests was painful: the schedule got lost between stories, requests came through dms, and on the night of the event the address and guest list had to be sent over again. they needed a single hub with the upcoming schedule, online booking, and details without messaging back and forth.
the solution
we built a minimal poster-style site with vibe in mind: a cover hero of the next party, a feed of upcoming events, and a dedicated page per event with location, timeline, and a booking form. submissions go straight into the organizer's crm and the team's telegram chat; guests receive an email confirmation. a private members area gives regulars early ticket access.





results
the first event after launch brought 40% more guests than previous ones, 90% of bookings now come through the site, and dm traffic dropped threefold.
