the problem
a young apparel brand sold only through instagram and marketplaces. their own channel was leaking: followers struggled to find sizes in post carousels, new drops disappeared in the feed, and marketplace analytics didn't tell them who was actually buying. they needed a store that made the brand look like a brand, not a product card lost among thousands.
the solution
we built an e-commerce store with a lookbook feel: a catalog filtered by drops, a dedicated drop page with a video hero and storytelling, and a checkout with no redirects. crm and warehouse integrations keep inventory in sync with marketplaces in real time. each drop gets its own landing page for ads.

in the first month 35% of sales came directly through the site, average order value is 22% higher than on marketplaces, and repeat purchases doubled.
