tamsiam.ru
the problem
a family sushi and roll delivery in krasnodar worked through aggregator apps and lost up to 35% of revenue to their commissions. they had no direct ordering channel: guests sent instagram screenshots and the operator copied items into the crm by hand. regulars didn't get cashback or see their order history, so repeat visits happened by chance, not by design.
the solution
we built a storefront with appetite in mind: a hero with large set photography, filters by ingredients and allergens, dedicated pages for promos and seasonal drops. one-step checkout with online or cash-on-delivery payment. plugged in a loyalty program: bonus points per order, cashback, and a hidden menu for regulars. each order hits the kitchen as a printable ticket and the dispatch crm at the same time.

results
direct orders through the site rose to 60% in two months, aggregator fees nearly halved, and first-month loyalty repeat rate hit 41%.
